Product description July's surface texture is inspired by the natural coat of a sheep and is reminiscent of the short midsummer coat just after shearing.
July looks and feels beautifully organic thanks to an innovative, patent-pending production process. The rug is treated with water, heat, natural soap and mechanical friction. This binds and fixes the pile yarns together, eliminating the need for a latex backing, as is usually the case with tufted carpets. As no additional adhesive is used, the carpet is potentially easier to recycle at the end of its life.
